Your Surf
Photography
You can create your own surf inspired artwork from
your own photography. It is as simple as 1, 2, 3.
Important
Information
The following FAQ's detail exactly what size, quality
and file extension your image needs to be, to upload onto the Boardersplace
site and to produce a final quality art piece. If you do not follow these
guidelines, you will not be able to upload your image and/or your finished
print may not be of the best possible standard.
Steps
You need to supply 2 versions of the one image to
Boardersplace in the following sequence:
-
Firstly you must either login, or create a new
user account.
-
Once logged in, you will be taken to the Print Selection page with the following Quick Links displayed in the header; Specials | 0 items in cart | View Cart | Checkout | Log Off *** | Prev Purchases | Upload Custom Image | My Pics
You then upload a smaller jpg automatically onto
the Boardersplace site by choosing Upload Custom Image. This will create a thumbnail which then allows you to
use the customisation and picture enhancement tools (see image size
requirements). Please note that your image is completely private
and only visible to you via login.
-
The second, larger print quality jpg must be sent
to Boardersplace via the Direct File Transfer link - You Send It File. Please read image requirements for print here.
-
Once your image has been successfully uploaded, you can go to My Pics which will show all of your private pictures within the Print Selection/Customisation area. You can then use the customisation software
to create your artwork including changing an image from colour to black and
white or sepia, choosing your preferred medium (poster, gallery wrap, painting,
image on canvas, triptytch), aspect ratio (full image, square, landscape,
portrait, panorama) or size (default, full ‘as is’ or custom).
Artwork pricing is listed in Step Three (3) – Preview/Finalise Order
under sizing.
-
Once you have created your artwork, proceed to
checkout and purchase your item. Delivery details are listed in FAQ’s
-
Members can login at any time to view
previous purchases (This quick link is displayed in the Print Selection Area) or to make additional purchases.
